01 / THE BRIEF
Order without waiting for an operator
Orders came in by phone and chat. Staff had to clarify dishes, record requests and pass details along. We moved the guest-facing steps into Telegram, making it possible to go from menu to confirmation without an operator.
02 / FIRST CONTACT
Open the bot and find the menu
The welcome screen keeps things simple: menu, cart, rewards, profile, delivery and order history are all close at hand.
Separate categories make browsing easier than scrolling through one long list of dishes.
03 / CATALOGUE
From a category to a specific pizza
The catalogue has photos, descriptions and prices. Guests can inspect a dish and add it to their cart without leaving Telegram.
For the demo, we imported the pizzeria menu into a local catalogue and tested category and product navigation.
04 / ORDERING
Cart, review and confirmation
The cart shows items and the total. Guests can review the order, adjust quantities and proceed to confirmation.
These captures show a demonstration order, not a live payment transaction.
05 / RETURNING GUESTS
Rewards and history, not another search
The profile retains details for future orders and displays rewards and promo codes. Order history makes reordering straightforward.
Returning customers do not need to search for the same dishes again.
06 / INTEGRATIONS
What happens after checkout
According to the project brief, the bot and website connect to the CRM and staff Telegram chat. Orders reach the team, and a service printer produces kitchen tickets. This removes manual copying between channels.

This flow follows the project description. The screenshots above come from a demo bot and do not verify external integrations or live online payments.
07 / OUTCOME
Less manual work at order intake
The key benefit is a shorter handoff: guests select dishes and review orders themselves, while staff receive a structured request. Rewards and reordering make it easier for regular customers to return. No measured time or cost savings were provided, so none are claimed.
