ACG / Project story

Production cannot wait for an internet connection.

At a large cheese factory, HACCP logs were handwritten and staff struggled to complete routine records on time. Connectivity was unavailable in some areas. We built a mobile-first web application with an offline-first workflow, so the absence of a connection becomes a visible state rather than a blocked task.

01

Paper records

Handwritten entries had to be collected for shared oversight. Routine paperwork competed with work on the production floor.

02

Uneven connectivity

The solution could not assume that every area had internet access. Offline operation became a core requirement.

OFFLINE FIRST / MOBILE FIRST

Offline. Still working.

Four states explain what happens to an entry, from a shift task to the shared system. Select a step: this is a workflow illustration, not a live factory form.

Shift tasks
Reconstructed UI · demonstration data

The employee sees assigned work and opens a prepared form on site.

ROLES / OPERATIONS

One interface. Different responsibilities.

01

Employee

Assigned tasks, mobile forms and clear save/sync states.

02

Administrator

Users, schedules and people responsible for logs, forms and actions such as receiving or shipping.

03

Director

A shared view of completion and production control. Custom roles and permissions adapt access to the organization.

04

Routine automation

Recurring logs and operations can be automated without replacing the underlying real-world check.

Outcome and development

What was delivered, and what follows

The commissioned project replaced a paper workflow with a role-based, offline-first, mobile-first web application. Quantified impact requires a separate measurement. oneHACCP is a logical product continuation focused on compliance, organizations, holdings and globalization—not another name for this factory deployment.
